Organization Settings
To access your profile settings:
- Click the "gear" icon beside your username.
- Select the Settings under the Organization section.
Basic Information
- Organization ID: Unique identifier for your organization (example shown: 1).
Dataflow Dashboard
Sets a reference time to help monitor data delivery delays.
- Time: Displays the reference time for delay monitoring (example: 6:24 PM).
- Timezone: Timezone used for delay monitoring (example: Pacific/Tarawa).
Note
The displayed time is only used for delay monitoring in the Dataflow Dashboard and does not affect actual data delivery or performance. Delivery times may vary based on data volume and system conditions.
To modify these values, simply click on them, choose the desired option, and save.
General Settings
- Auto-transfer extraction orders from invalid connections
When enabled, extraction orders are automatically transferred to active matching accounts when connection or account becomes invalid. This keeps data flowing without manual intervention.
Toggle this feature ON/OFF using the switch on the right.
