Custom Tags Management

Why use this tab: during a creative audit, after a product launch, or whenever your creative strategy evolves beyond what the AI taxonomy captures (campaign theme, product line, persona, content pillar, seasonality). The AI taxonomy covers universals — Custom Tags is where you add your brand-specific dimensions.

Tag Definitions

Defines the vocabulary — what tags exist in your workspace.

  • Click + Add Tag to create a new tag (e.g. Persona, Funnel Stage, Campaign Theme).
  • Choose single_select (one value per creative) or multi_select (multiple values).
  • Add allowed values (e.g. for Funnel Stage: Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention).
  • The dashboard tracks coverage — how many of your creatives are tagged for each definition.

Assign Tags to Visuals

Assigns values to specific creatives.

  • One row per creative, dropdowns for each tag definition.
  • Edits queue up as pending changes; click Save to commit them to the workspace.
  • Saved tags become available as filters everywhere — Library, Insights breakdowns, AI Insights narrative.

⚠️ Note: Once tag-save lands (in progress, ETA this week), changes will be saved to the shared workspace immediately. Anyone else viewing the dashboard sees them on next refresh — coordinate with your team before bulk-editing tags.
