Exporting Data from Creative Analytics Intelligence

Updated on May 14, 2026

Creative Analytics Intelligence provides two built-in export options: a PDF creative catalog from the Creative Library and a CSV taxonomy snapshot from the Custom Tags tab. For broader data integrations, a workspace sync to BI tools is available on request.

Export Creative Library as PDF

The Creative Library can be exported as a formatted PDF catalog. The export reflects the current state of the view — all active filters (date range, platform, media type, archetype, account, and any custom tags) are applied to the output, and the PDF header displays those filters along with the total number of creatives included.

To export:

  1. Open the Creative Library tab.
  2. Apply any filters to scope the export — date range, platform, archetype, custom tags, or media type (All / Videos / Images).
  3. Click Export Library PDF.
  4. In the browser print dialog, select Save as PDF.

Note
The PDF reflects exactly what is visible on screen at the time of export. Adjust filters before exporting to control which creatives are included.

Export Custom Tag Data as CSV

A snapshot of all tag definitions and their assigned creative values can be downloaded directly from the Custom Tags tab.

To export:

  1. Open the Custom Tags tab.
  2. Click Export CSV.

The file includes all tag definitions created in your workspace and the values assigned to each creative.

Connecting to BI Tools and Data Destinations

Creative data from your Improvado workspace can be routed to downstream destinations — Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or any other platform supported by your pipeline configuration. The Creative Library links each ad card back to the source record in your Improvado workspace, where full export options are available.
