Overview
Customize the look and feel of your dashboard with appearance settings. Control colors, branding, and theme to match your organization's visual identity — especially useful for shared and public dashboards.
Accessing Appearance Settings
- Enter Edit mode
- Click the More menu (⋮) in the toolbar
- Select "Appearance"
The Appearance panel opens on the right side with accordion sections for each customization area.
Color Mode (Theme)
Choose the overall color scheme:
- Light — Light backgrounds, dark text
- Dark — Dark backgrounds, light text
- System (default) — Follows the viewer's OS/browser preference
Whitelabel / Branding
Add your organization's branding:
- Primary Logo — Displayed in the header strip. Size options: XS, SM, MD, LG, XL. Position: beside the title (horizontal) or above (stacked).
- Watermark — Secondary logo (e.g., client logo), right-aligned. Size options: XS, SM, MD, LG, XL.
Theme Colors
Customize visual elements:
- Dashboard Background — Page background color
- Widget Card Background — Background of widget cards
- Text Color — Primary text color
- Widget Title Color — Title text in widgets
- Header Background — Shared header strip background (auto-adjusts text contrast)
- Sidebar Background — Sidebar navigation background
- Button Style — Solid, tilted, or off
Chart Colors
Global chart color palette options:
- Auto — Smart color selection based on data
- Categorical — Distinct colors for different categories
- Platform — Brand colors for ad platforms (Facebook blue, Google colors, etc.)
- By Metric — Semantic colors (blue=spend, green=revenue, etc.)
- Light — Pastel colors
- Solid — Single color in blue, green, purple, orange, teal, or red
- Mono-hue — Shades of a single color
- Gradient — Color gradients
Additional chart customization: Grid line color, Axis line color.
Table Colors
- Header background
- Alternating row (stripe) color
- Border color
- Text color
- Pagination button accent color
KPI Sparkline Colors
- Fixed — All sparklines use the same color
- By Metric — Each metric gets a distinct color from a palette (semantic or light)
Filter Badge Color
Customize the accent color of active filter badges to match your brand.
