Roundel - Troubleshooting

While configuring your Roundel connection, you may encounter several issues. Understanding these common errors can help streamline the setup process and facilitate quick resolutions.

No Historical Sync field for Campaign Total Level

Reason

The Campaign Total Level report type is Lifetime Incremental, meaning it extracts lifetime data daily and accumulates it incrementally in the dataset. No data for the Campaign Total Level report

Reason‍

The Campaign Total Level report type does not support PbR, Roundel Media Studio, or multi-vendor campaigns. The extraction will not return any data if an account contains only these campaign types.

Solution

Please use the Campaign Day Level report instead.
