A report fails with a permission error

The Attentive app behind the connection does not have the permission that report needs. The Product Catalog Uploads report needs Product Catalog.

On a connection that uses a private app API key, open the app on the Attentive integrations setup page, set the matching API to Write, then reconnect the data source in Improvado. On an OAuth connection the permissions belong to the Improvado app and cannot be changed per account, so reconnect with a private app API key instead.

The Webhooks report fails with a permission error

Webhooks is not one of the APIs Attentive grants — neither to a custom app nor to the Improvado app — so this report cannot run on either connection method. Contact Improvado support if you need webhook data.
