While configuring your Yext connection, you may encounter several issues. Understanding these common errors can help streamline the setup process and facilitate quick resolutions.
Location within the account does not have a license/SKU.
Due to the lack of license, the account would not have access to the report metrics. Since that access is only granted when a license is assigned to the account.
Please check that the locations in the account have active licenses and that the reports can be accessed in Yext UI.
