Description

WebinarJam is a live and automated webinar hosting platform used to run, promote, and track webinars and events.

Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect WebinarJam to Improvado.

Fill in the required fields:

  • Organization Name — a label for this connection (e.g. your company name).
  • API Key — your account-wide WebinarJam API key.

To find your API key, log in to WebinarJam and go to the main Webinars dashboard. Click the Advanced link above the module for any event, then click API custom integration to find the API key. The key is account-wide and does not change per webinar.

After completing the connection process, the WebinarJam connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.

Schema information

The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from WebinarJam.

Limits

Regenerating your API key in WebinarJam immediately invalidates the old one. If you regenerate it there, update the new key in your Improvado connection too, or the connection will stop working.

Release notes

WebinarJam does not publish a public API changelog. You can find the current API reference in the official WebinarJam API documentation.
