While configuring your Walmart Connect connection, you may encounter several issues. Understanding these common errors can help streamline the setup process and facilitate quick resolutions.
There are two types of advertisers (accounts) and report types: Sponsored Search and Display, both have the associated prefix "search_" or "display_". If you attempt to extract data for a Display account using Search-related report types, or vice versa, you will receive an empty response. While these extraction orders essentially won't be functional they will still impact the rate limits.
Please exercise caution, as this could lead to prolonged extractions or even errors in the extraction process for the "proper" extraction orders for appropriate accounts.
Please note that data from the previous day becomes available on Walmart's side at 10 AM PST. Therefore, if you schedule data retrieval before this time, the data delay will be 2 days; if scheduled after, the delay will be reduced to 1 day.
Solution:
No action is needed for Offsite campaigns. If this occurs in Onsite campaigns, review the campaign setup to ensure creative names are correctly configured.
Offsite campaigns often report significantly lower values in extracted data compared to the UI. This is expected due to differences in how data is tracked and attributed.

Verify the campaign type.
