While configuring your StackAdapt connection, you may encounter several issues. Understanding these common errors can help streamline the setup process and facilitate quick resolutions.
The following issue may occur due to an expired API key.
Verify your API key's current status and expiration date within the account settings. If expired, generate a new API key and try to authenticate again.
Occasionally, you may notice data discrepancies in reported data.
This can happen due to deleted entities, such as ```native_ads``` or ```campaigns```. When retrieving a ```campaign```, deleted ```native_ads``` will not be included. However, a statistics request for the same ```campaign```, grouped by ```native_ads```, will still include data from deleted ads. Additionally, when making a statistics request for a ```buyer_account```, grouping by ```native_ads``` will exclude deleted ```campaigns```, while grouping by ```campaigns``` will include them.
Sometimes you may encounter an issue where ```native_ad_id``` values exist in perfomance report type and are missing in entity report type.
```native_ads``` were deleted on the platform, however, their ```native_ad_id```remain preserved in the statistics datasets. This results in a discrepancy where the ```native_ad_id``` is visible in reports, despite the associated ```native_ad``` no longer being available.
