Description
SOCi is a platform that centralizes the management of multi-location businesses' online presence, aggregating data from social media, reviews, and local listings via its API to enable real-time monitoring and optimization of localized marketing efforts.
Setup guide
Follow our setup guide to connect SOCi to Improvado.
Click the Connections in the left navigation bar.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.
Click on the SOCi tile.
Authorize your SOCi account using your Organization Name, Domain (i.e. app.meetsoci.com) and SOCi API Key.
To generate your SOCi API Key, navigate to User Settings, accessible via the menu in the top-right corner of the platform.
After completing the connection process, the SOCi connection will appear in your Connected sources list.
When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
Schema information
The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from SOCi.
