Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Sistrix to Improvado.

1‍Step 1. Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

2‍Step 2. Click on the Sistrix tile.

3To authorize your account, you need to fill in the required fields below following steps 3.1 - 3.3:

• Account Name
• API key
• Country Code

3.2‍Step 3.2. Find your Country Code in the list of all supported country codes here.

3.3‍Step 3.3. Enter copied values into the Improvado authorization form.

4‍Step 4. Please ensure your Sistrix package is at least “Plus” or higher.

Starting from the “Plus” package, the API is part of your Toolbox account. The data available depends on the booked package. The “Plus” package gives you a limited API access level, which includes only the Visibility Index data. The “Professional” and “Premium” packages offer a full access to all data and features.

5After completing the connection process, the Sistrix connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

6‍Step 6. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

7To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
