Signal AI
Description
Signal AI is a media-intelligence platform. It tracks how organisations, people and topics are covered across news, broadcast and regulatory sources, and exposes that coverage — and the entities it is about — through its External API.
Connecting Signal AI to Improvado brings earned coverage into the same reporting as paid and owned channels, so reputation and share-of-voice movement can be read against the campaigns running at the time rather than in a separate tool.
Setup guide
Follow our setup guide to connect Signal AI to Improvado.
Click the Connections in the left navigation bar.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.
Click on the Signal AI tile.
Authorize your Signal AI account using the fields below:
- Account Name — a label of your choice for this connection.
- Client ID
- Client Secret
After completing the connection process, the Signal AI connection will appear in your Connected sources list.
When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.

The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from Signal AI.
