Description
Read AI is a meeting intelligence platform that records, transcribes, and analyzes meetings, calls, and messages across tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. It generates AI summaries, action items, key questions, topics, and engagement metrics for each meeting.
Setup guide
Follow our setup guide to connect Read AI to Improvado. If you belong to a Read AI workspace, its admin must turn on Downloads in Workspace Settings > Reports & Sharing first.
Click Authorize. You will be redirected to Read AI.
Sign in to Read AI and click Allow Access. You will be redirected back to Improvado.
After completing the connection process, the Read AI connection will appear in your Connected sources list.
When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
Schema information
The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from Read AI.
Limits
- Improvado loads the meetings that the connected Read AI user can open in the Read AI web app. To load every meeting of a workspace, connect as a workspace admin with Global Report Access turned on.
