Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Piwik PRO to Improvado.

1‍Step 1. Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

2‍Step 2. Click on the Piwik PRO tile.

3Authorize your Piwik PRO account using the fields listed below:

• Client ID
• Client Secret
• Account Name

Note: You can get your Client ID and Client Secret by following the official instructions. Your Account Name can be found in the Piwik Pro URL address as a subdomain, that is for <your_account_name>.piwik.pro you should provide <your_account_name>.

4‍Step 4. After completing the connection process, the Piwik PRO connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

5‍Step 5. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
