Description

OpenAI Ads is a paid advertising platform that places product, brand, and category ads inside ChatGPT and other OpenAI surfaces.

Setup guide

Follow this guide to connect OpenAI Ads to Improvado.

Click the Connections in the left navigation bar.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

Click on the OpenAI Ads tile.

Authorize your OpenAI Ads account by providing the API key.

Note: You can get your API key in OpenAI Ads Manager under Settings → API keys. Sign in to ads.openai.com, open Settings → API keys, click Create new key, copy the value (it is shown only once at creation), and paste it into the Improvado authorization form. Each key is scoped to a single ad account.

After the connection process is completed successfully, the OpenAI Ads connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

When the connection status is Active and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

To extract data from the connected source, check the instruction on how to set up data extraction.

Schema information

The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from OpenAI Ads.
