Setup guide
Follow our setup guide to connect Monday.com to Improvado.
Click the Connections in the left navigation bar.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.
Click on the Monday.com tile.
In monday.com, click your profile picture in the top right corner and select Developers.
Click API token - Show and copy your personal API token. Account admins can also copy it from Administration - Connections - Personal API token.
Back in Improvado, paste the token into the Personal API Token field and click Connect.
After completing the connection process, the Monday.com connection will appear in your Connections list.
When the connection status is Active, you can move on to data extraction. Check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
Note: the token has the same permissions as your monday.com user, so Improvado can read only the boards you can see. Reports built from boards have an optional Boards setting: pick the boards to extract, or leave it empty to extract every active board. Subitems of the selected boards are included.
