Description
Fireflies helps your team transcribe, summarize, search, and analyze voice conversations.
Setup guide
Follow our setup guide to connect Fireflies to Improvado.
Click the Connections in the left navigation bar.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.
Click on the Fireflies tile.
Enter your Fireflies API key and complete the connection.
In Fireflies, open Integrations - Fireflies API and copy the API key. The reports include every meeting the owner of the key can see in Fireflies.
After completing the connection process, the Fireflies connection will appear in your Connected sources list.
When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
Schema information
The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from Fireflies.
Limits
Fireflies limits API requests by plan: 50 a day on Free, 500 a day on Pro, and 60 a minute on Business and Enterprise. See Fireflies API limits.
The Transcript Speaker Analytics report needs a Fireflies Pro plan or higher, and the User Analytics report needs Business or higher. On a Free plan, deselect the sentiment and content count fields of the Transcripts report.
