Description

EverWebinar is an automated, evergreen webinar platform used to run and schedule pre-recorded webinars that play back on a recurring schedule.

Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect EverWebinar to Improvado.

Fill in the required fields:

Organization Name — a label for this connection (e.g. your company name).
API Key — your account-wide WebinarJam/EverWebinar API key.

To find your API key, log in to WebinarJam or EverWebinar and go to the main Webinars dashboard. Click the Advanced link above the module for any event, then click API custom integration to find the API key. The key is account-wide and works for both WebinarJam and EverWebinar.

After completing the connection process, the EverWebinar connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.

Schema information

The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from EverWebinar.

Limits

Regenerating your API key in WebinarJam or EverWebinar immediately invalidates the old one. If you regenerate it there, update the new key in your Improvado connection too, or the connection will stop working.

EverWebinar does not publish a public API changelog. You can find the current API reference in the official WebinarJam and EverWebinar API documentation.
