While configuring your CallTrackingMetrics connection, you may encounter several issues. Understanding these common errors can help streamline the setup process and facilitate quick resolutions.
CallTrackingMetrics supports two levels of REST API access: single-account level and multi-account level.
For either level, once you have enabled API access, you will have an Access Key and Secret Key.
Please ensure that the key pair was created at the agency level and is being used to establish the connection on the Improvado side.
