CallTrackingMetrics - Troubleshooting

While configuring your CallTrackingMetrics connection, you may encounter several issues. Understanding these common errors can help streamline the setup process and facilitate quick resolutions.

Only one individual account is displayed

CallTrackingMetrics supports two levels of REST API access: single-account level and multi-account level.

  • Single Account Level access grants you access to a single account, which can be enabled within the Account Settings page for each account.
  • Multi-Account Level access grants you access to all sub-accounts within an agency or enterprise account, which can be enabled within the Agency Settings page.

For either level, once you have enabled API access, you will have an Access Key and Secret Key.

Solution

Please ensure that the key pair was created at the agency level and is being used to establish the connection on the Improvado side.
