While configuring your AppsFlyer connection, you may encounter several issues. Understanding these common errors can help streamline the setup process and facilitate quick resolutions.

AppsFlyer Data freshness

The Appsflyer Master API experiences data delays of up to 24-48 hours depending on app-specific time zone. Data processing occurs daily, with varying availability times based on app-specific time zones or, for certain data types, in UTC time. You can learn more about it here.

Solution

Shift the schedule:

  • Reschedule as late as possible so that Appsflyer Master API has more time to process your data and make it available for the API.

Add additional live extraction:

  • In case rescheduling did not help you get rid of the data discrepancy, you can add additional extraction time. You can find out how to add a schedule to your order here.
