Description

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is an advanced analytics platform that allows you to use your Adobe Experience Platform data to generate multidimensional analysis and cross-channel customer journey reports.

Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to Improvado.

Click the Make a new connection button on the Connections page and select Adobe Customer Journey Analytics in the Data sources catalog.

Authorize your Adobe Customer Journey Analytics account using your Client ID, Client Secret and Organization ID.

Note
  • You can get your Client ID, Client Secret and Organization ID by following the official guide.
  • At the end of the API Client step, your project must include 2 APIs - Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform.
  • In the Authentication step, please use OAuth Server-to-Server authentication following this guide. After generating the access tokens, you’ll get the required values: Client ID, Client Secret, and Organization ID.

After completing the connection process, the Adobe Customer Journey Analytics connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
