Adform - Troubleshooting
While configuring your Adform connection, you may encounter several issues. Understanding these common errors can help streamline the setup process and facilitate quick resolutions.
Wrong permissions

What this means
The Adform user connected to the integration does not have permission to view advertisers.
This is a user-level authorization issue in Adform, not a connection or API failure.
Solution
- Log in to the Adform UI using the same user and confirm whether advertisers are visible.
- If advertisers are not visible, check the Adform Admin Portal:
- Ensure the user is assigned to the correct buyer account(s).
- Confirm the user has a role that allows advertiser access (e.g., Campaign Manager, Account Manager).
Once permissions are updated, retry the data extraction.
