Description

Demandbase is an account-based go-to-market (GTM) platform that provides account intelligence, intent data, and B2B advertising and engagement insights.

Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Demandbase to Improvado.

Step 1. Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

Step 2. Click on the Demandbase tile.

Step 3. Authorize your Demandbase account using your Organization Name, Client ID, and Client Secret.

Note: You can get your Client ID and Client Secret by generating an API Key Set in Demandbase:

Step 3.1. Sign in to Demandbase One.

Step 3.2. Open Settings and go to API Key Sets.

Step 3.3. Generate a new API Key Set and copy the Client ID and Client Secret (the secret is shown only once).

Step 3.4. Enter your Organization Name (used for identification) along with the Client ID and Client Secret in the Improvado authorization form. For detailed instructions, see the official guide on generating API Key Sets.

Step 4. After the connection process is completed successfully, the Demandbase connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

Step 5. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

Step 6. To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
