Patient Prism
Description
Patient Prism is a HIPAA-compliant call tracking and coaching platform for dental practices. It records and analyzes inbound patient calls, tracks booking outcomes and attribution, and surfaces analytics that help practices convert more callers into booked appointments. The Improvado integration extracts your Patient Prism call records and account (location) data so you can report on call volume, booking performance, and marketing attribution alongside the rest of your marketing data.
Setup guide
Follow our setup guide to connect Patient Prism to Improvado.
In Patient Prism, create a dedicated service-account user for the integration (a "BI" or "API" user). Make this user a Company Admin with access to all locations so Improvado receives complete data across every practice location.
Generate a permanent API token for that user in Patient Prism and copy it. If you cannot find where to create the token, contact your Patient Prism administrator or Patient Prism support.
In Improvado, click Make a new Connection on the Connections page. Use the search on the Data sources page to find Patient Prism, then click the Patient Prism tile.
Paste your Patient Prism API Token into the connection form and submit.
After completing the connection process, the Patient Prism connection will appear in your Connected sources list.
When the connection status is Active and the account status column shows a number of accounts (your practice locations), you can move on to data extraction. To extract data, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.

The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from Patient Prism.
