Description
ReachInbox is a cold-outbound email platform for running high-volume sales outreach campaigns. Improvado extracts your ReachInbox data — campaign definitions and per-campaign daily analytics such as sends, opens, replies, bounces, and unsubscribes — and lands it in your data warehouse alongside your CRM, ad spend, and web analytics.
Setup guide
Follow this setup guide to connect ReachInbox to Improvado.
Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page. Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find ReachInbox.
Click on the ReachInbox tile.
Generate a ReachInbox API key:
Sign in to your ReachInbox dashboard.
Open Settings → Integrations → API.
Copy the API key shown on that page. Each ReachInbox workspace has its own distinct key.
Back in Improvado, fill in the connection form:
- Organization Name — a label for this connection (typically your company or workspace name). It becomes the account name used for the extracted data.
- API Key — paste the API key you copied from ReachInbox.
Click Connect. After the connection completes successfully, the ReachInbox connection appears in your Connected sources list.
When the connection status is Active and the account status column shows your organization, you can move on to data extraction.
To extract data from the connected source, follow the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
