Brightpearl is a retail operations platform for order, inventory, and back-office management used by retailers and wholesalers. Improvado connects to Brightpearl through its OAuth-authorized REST API to extract catalog, order, credit, and contact data.
Follow our setup guide to connect Brightpearl to Improvado.
Step 1. Find your Brightpearl Account Code — the sub-domain you use to log in. For example, if you log in at example.brightpearl.com, your Account Code is example.
Step 2. Enable the Improvado app in Brightpearl (one-time). Share your Account Code with your Improvado contact so it can be added to the Improvado app's access list, then log in to Brightpearl, open the App Store, find the Improvado app, and click Turn on to install it.
Step 3. In Improvado, click Make a new Connection on the Connections page, use the search to find Brightpearl, and click the Brightpearl tile.
Step 4. Enter your Brightpearl Account Code from Step 1, then click Connect. You will be redirected to Brightpearl to log in and approve Improvado's access.
Step 5. After approval, the Brightpearl connection will appear in your Connected sources list. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
Step 6. To extract data from the connected source, check the instruction on how to set up data extraction.
