How often does Improvado sync Slack data?

Each extraction runs on the schedule you set in Improvado. The message reports are incremental: every run picks up what was posted since the previous one. The first run reads one year of message history by default and up to two years.

Can I combine Slack data with other collaboration tools?

Yes. Slack tables join with the rest of your Improvado data by channel, user and message IDs, so you can put conversations next to CRM, project management and campaign data in the same warehouse and dashboards.
