Improvado extracts meetings with their AI summaries and action items, sentence-level transcripts, speakers and their talk statistics, attendees and join times, your team's users and groups, and daily meeting statistics per user.

How often does Fireflies data sync with my warehouse?

You can schedule Fireflies data extraction from every hour to daily batches. Most customers sync meeting data daily to capture completed conversations and processed transcripts.

Can I combine Fireflies data with CRM information?

Yes. Select the participant and attendee email fields, which are off by default as personal data, and join them to CRM contacts to analyze meeting activity alongside deals and pipeline.

Does the integration require Fireflies admin access?

No. The connection uses one Fireflies user's API key, and the reports include every meeting that user can see in Fireflies. The User Analytics report needs a Fireflies Business plan or higher.

What happens if a Fireflies meeting is deleted?

The Fireflies API does not report deletions, so a meeting that was already extracted stays in the meeting tables. Speaker and user statistics are replaced whenever their dates are extracted again.

Can I filter which Fireflies meetings get extracted?

You choose the date range of each extraction, and the reports include every meeting the API key can see that started in it. Filter by participant, organizer or duration in your warehouse or BI tool.
