Key Takeaways

Connect Make to your data infrastructure

Improvado connects to Make (formerly Integromat) via its REST API to pull your automation scenarios automatically. The connector extracts scenario ids, names, status, scheduling, folder organization, ownership, and operations package usage so you can track your automation inventory in the same warehouse as your ad spend, CRM, and analytics data — no manual exports. Because Make is region-specific, the connection uses your zone Base URL together with an API token so scenarios are pulled from the correct instance.

200+ metrics and dimensions Campaigns, ad groups, keywords, audiences, geo, device — all granularity levels from the Make API
15-minute refresh cycles Near real-time sync with 99.9% SLA uptime. No stale dashboards.

Keep your automation inventory under control

Make scenarios get standardized in your data warehouse alongside the rest of your operational metadata. You can audit which scenarios are active or paused, see how they are scheduled and organized into folders, track who owns each automation, and monitor operations package consumption over time. This gives operations and RevOps teams a single, queryable view of every automation running across the business.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What Make data does Improvado extract?
Improvado extracts your Make automation scenarios, including scenario id, name, status (active or paused), scheduling configuration, the folder a scenario belongs to, ownership, and operations package usage. The integration focuses on scenario inventory and metadata rather than the payloads that flow through your automations.
Does the Make integration require OAuth?
No. The Make connection uses a single API token sent as an authorization header, together with a Base URL for your region. You generate the token from your Make profile under API / MCP access and paste it into Improvado along with your zone Base URL.
Why does the connection need a Base URL?
Make is region-specific and runs across multiple zones such as eu1, eu2, us1, and us2. The Base URL — for example https://us1.make.com — tells Improvado which zone to query. Your API token is tied to the zone where it was created, so the Base URL must match that zone.
Can I monitor scenario status and scheduling over time?
Yes. Because the scenario metadata lands in your data warehouse on each refresh, you can track how scenario status, scheduling, and ownership change over time and build alerts or dashboards on top of your automation inventory.
Which data warehouses work with the Make integration?
Improvado loads Make scenario data into BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, and other major data warehouses, and supports direct connections to BI tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI.
Does Improvado extract the data processed inside my scenarios?
No. The integration extracts scenario metadata — the automation inventory and its configuration — not the records or payloads that move through each scenario at runtime.
