Pin your team's go-to dashboards to the welcome page

Give your team a shared starting point. Workspace administrators can now pin dashboards and folders to the welcome page, so the reports your team returns to are easy to find.

What's new

• Choose shared shortcuts. On the welcome page, select Pin an object, search for a dashboard or folder, and choose Pin. It does not need to be in your Favorites first.
• Pin from the sidebar. Administrators can also open a favorite's ⋯ menu and choose Pin to welcome page.
• Put the team's priorities first. Drag pinned cards to reorder them, or use Move earlier and Move later in a card's menu.
• Keep personal Favorites personal. Workspace pins appear on the welcome page; your sidebar Favorites stay your own. Removing a favorite does not remove a workspace pin.

Only workspace administrators can pin, unpin, or reorder shared shortcuts. Each person sees only the pinned objects they already have access to. Pinning does not change sharing permissions.
