New report type Rolled out
A new Products report extracts the full ChannelAdvisor product catalog for a profile — SKUs, marketplace identifiers, catalog attributes, pricing, inventory quantities, recent-sales counters, and variation relationships.

- No action required. Add the Products report to your Rithum / Channel Advisor extraction to start receiving catalog data; existing reports are unchanged.
The Rithum / Channel Advisor connector now offers a Products report — one row per product in the ChannelAdvisor catalog of the selected profile. It sits alongside the existing Orders report and changes nothing about it.
What you get
- Identity and marketplace identifiers. SKU, title, brand, manufacturer, condition, classification, and the cross-marketplace identifiers — UPC, EAN, ISBN, MPN, ASIN — plus the harmonized code for customs.
- Pricing. Cost, margin, retail price, selling price, minimum and maximum allowed prices, and estimated shipping cost.
- Inventory and sales velocity. Available, on-hand, allocated and pending quantities, and units sold over the last 7, 14, 30, 60 and 90 days.
- Variation relationships. Parent/child links — parent product and SKU, relationship name, and the attributes the variation varies by — so child listings roll up to their parent product.
- Lifecycle timestamps and status flags. Created, updated, quantity-updated, last-sale and received dates, along with blocked and availability flags.
Each run refreshes the complete catalog for the profile, so stock levels and rolling sales counters stay current rather than freezing on products that have not been edited recently.
