Two new metric reports break Klaviyo event counts, unique profile counts and revenue down by individual campaign message or flow message, at daily or monthly granularity, and the Campaign Messages Entity report is now available to every workspace.

- What to do
- No action required for existing reports. Add Campaign Metric Stats or Flow Metric Stats to your Klaviyo extraction to start receiving per-message metric data, and pair them with the entity reports to get campaign, flow and metric names.
Klaviyo exposes its event metrics — opens, clicks, placed orders, revenue and the rest — through an aggregation endpoint that reports them against the message an event belongs to or was attributed to. Two new reports surface that endpoint directly, one for campaign messages and one for flow messages.
The two reports
- Campaign Metric Stats — one row per date, campaign message, metric and attribution type, with the event count, the number of distinct profiles, and the summed value for metrics that carry one (revenue, for example).
- Flow Metric Stats — the same shape for flow messages, and it carries the flow id alongside the message id, so flow-level totals need no extra join.
Both reports cover your whole Klaviyo metric catalog rather than a fixed list, so metrics specific to your account — including those created by integrations such as Shopify — are included automatically. An optional setting narrows a report to chosen metrics if you only need a few.
Choosing the granularity
A setting selects Day or Month. Use Month when you need unique profile counts per month: unique counts cannot be added up, so a month of unique openers is not the sum of the daily figures. At monthly granularity each extraction covers whole calendar months, so a partial month is never written as if it were a full one.
Getting names instead of ids
These reports are deliberately narrow: they carry ids and measurements, not labels. Join them to the entity reports on those ids to get readable names — Campaign Messages Entity and Campaigns Entity for campaigns, Flow Messages Entity and Flows Entity for flows, and Metrics Entity for metric details.
Campaign Messages Entity is now available to everyone
Campaign Messages Entity was previously available only on request. It is now in the standard report list for every workspace. It is the only report that carries campaign message content — subject line, from-email, from-label, preview text, body and media URL — and it is the report to join to Campaign Metric Stats to put a subject line next to a click count.
A note on attribution
Each row carries an attribution value describing how Klaviyo linked the event to the
message. Some events are the message — a delivery or a click. Others, such as a placed
order, are attributed to the message afterwards. The two are reported separately rather than
merged, because a handful of metrics are recorded both ways and mean different things in each
case. The date on a row is when the event happened, not when the campaign was sent.
