Ten older Klaviyo reports are no longer offered when setting up a new extraction; existing extractions keep running unchanged, and the entity and metric reports now cover the same data.

- What to do
- No action required. Existing extractions of these reports continue to run and their tables are unchanged. When adding a new Klaviyo report, use the entity reports and the new metric reports listed below instead.
Ten Klaviyo reports have moved to limited visibility: they no longer appear when you add a report to a Klaviyo extraction. Nothing changes for extractions that already use them — they keep running on the same schedule, to the same tables, with the same columns, and they remain visible in the extractions that contain them.
Why
These reports date from an earlier generation of the connector. Each one combined several Klaviyo objects into a single wide table, which meant a campaign report refetched message content on every run and a metric report could only carry a fixed list of metrics. The replacements split those concerns: entity reports describe objects, metric reports carry measurements, and you join them on ids. That is faster to extract, covers your whole metric catalog rather than a fixed list, and lets you pick only the pieces you need.
What to use instead
- Campaigns → Campaigns Entity and Campaign Messages Entity. The second carries message subject, from-email, from-label, preview text, body and media URL.
- Campaign Stats and Unique Metrics by Campaign Month → Campaign Metric Stats, at daily or monthly granularity.
- Flows by Messages and Unique Metrics by Flow Month → Flow Metric Stats, also daily or monthly. Flow Series remains available for Klaviyo's own reporting statistics.
- Flows → Flows Entity and Flow Messages Entity.
- Lists → Lists Entity.
- Profiles → Profiles Entity, which carries considerably more profile attributes.
- Events and Events without PII → Events Log, a single report covering both.
Events Log was published shortly after this note and replaces both raw-event reports. It carries one row per Klaviyo event with the IDs the event is about, and the event's own properties in a single column you can include or leave out — which is why one report now serves the cases the two older ones split between them. You no longer need to contact your account team to extract raw events.
If you already use these reports
There is nothing to migrate and no deadline. You can move to the replacements when it suits you — the entity and metric reports are additions, so you can run both side by side and compare before switching a dashboard over. Note that metric reports attribute an event to the date it happened rather than the date the campaign was sent, which is also how the older reports behaved.
