Field change K Klaviyo Rolled out

Archived campaigns and flows now appear in the Campaigns Entity and Flows Entity reports, where they were previously missing entirely, and empty profile fields are no longer written as the text "None".

What to do
No action required. Expect additional rows in Campaigns Entity and Flows Entity for archived campaigns and flows, which carry an Archived flag you can filter on. If a dashboard or downstream model treats the text "None" as a value in Profiles, update it to handle an empty value instead.

Two corrections to what the Klaviyo connector returns.

Archived campaigns and flows are now included

Klaviyo's API leaves archived campaigns and flows out of its responses unless a request asks for them explicitly. The Campaigns Entity and Flows Entity reports did not ask, so anything archived in Klaviyo was absent from those reports — including campaigns that had sent and reported normally before being archived.

Both reports now fetch archived and non-archived objects, so your campaign and flow lists are complete. Each row carries an Archived field, so you can exclude them again in a dashboard filter if you would rather only see active campaigns and flows.

Expect a one-off increase in row counts the first time each report runs after this change. The additional rows are campaigns and flows that always existed in your Klaviyo account; nothing about the non-archived rows has changed.

Empty profile fields are empty rather than the text "None"

In the Profiles report, a field that Klaviyo returned as empty was being written as the four-character string None rather than as an actual empty value. A city with no value, for example, arrived as the text None. Those fields now arrive empty.

This matters if anything downstream compared against that text, counted it as a populated value, or grouped by it — a filter such as city != "None", or a count of non-empty cities. Replace those with an ordinary empty or null check. Fields that already carried real values are unaffected.
