The Intercom connector now uses Intercom API version 2.16, which adds Contact Email Domain to the Contacts report and Company Notes to the Companies report.

- Affected
- Contacts Companies
- What to do
- No action required. Add the new fields to your Intercom extracts to start loading them.
Improvado's Intercom connector now requests Intercom API version 2.16. The new version returns two more attributes, and both are now available as fields.
The new fields
-
Contact Email Domain on the Contacts report, the domain part
of the contact's email address, for example
example.com. It is empty when the contact has no email. - Company Notes (JSON) on the Companies report, the notes attached to the company as a JSON array. Each note carries its ID, creation time, author and text.
Company Notes contains personal data
Each note includes its author, the Intercom teammate who wrote it, with their name and email, and free text written about the company. The field is therefore marked as PII and is not selected by default. Add it to your Companies extract only if you need it.
Nothing else changed
This is purely additive. No existing field was renamed or removed. Intercom 2.16 returns the contact owner ID as text instead of a number, and the Contact Owner ID column already stored it as text, so its values stay the same. Both reports reload every contact and company on each extraction, so a new column fills in for all records on the first run after you add it.
