Field change Google Admin Console Rolled out

New Google Workspace user fields available in Google Admin Console exports.

Updated: September 15, 2026
Affected: Directory Users report
What to do: No action required. The new fields are available to add to your Directory Users field selection; existing exports are unaffected.

The Google Admin SDK Directory API now exposes additional user fields. Improvado makes them available in the Directory Users report.

What's new

Guest accounts — isGuestUser identifies guest users. guestAccountInfo.primaryGuestEmail contains a guest's external email address when available.
Account lifecycle timestamps — suspensionTime, archivalTime, and deletionTime, which record when a user account was suspended, archived, or deleted.

If you want these fields in an export, add them to its Directory Users field selection. Existing exports keep their current selection without any changes.
