Ten new reports bring Fireflies meetings into Improvado - transcripts with their AI summaries, sentence-level text, speakers and their talk statistics, attendees, your team's users and groups, and daily meeting statistics per user.

- No action required. Add any of the new reports to your Fireflies extraction to start receiving the data. A new Fireflies connection now asks only for the API key; the Organization Name field is gone.
The Fireflies connector now has ten reports. Each one returns what the connected API key can see in Fireflies: the meetings of the key's owner and the meetings teammates share with them.
Meetings
- Transcripts - one row per meeting: title, start time, duration, privacy, organizer, participants, calendar event, the AI summary, and sentiment and content counts.
- Transcript Sentences - one row per sentence, with the speaker, start and end time, and the sentiment Fireflies assigns to it.
- Transcript Speakers - the speakers Fireflies named in each meeting.
- Transcript Speaker Analytics - per speaker and meeting: minutes talked, words, filler words, questions and monologues. Needs a Fireflies Pro plan or higher.
- Transcript Meeting Attendees - the attendees Fireflies lists for each meeting.
- Transcript Meeting Attendance - when each participant joined and left, for meetings the Fireflies notetaker joined.
Team
- Users - the members of your Fireflies team, with role, meeting count and minutes recorded.
- User Groups and User Group Members - your team's groups and who belongs to each.
- User Analytics - one row per user and day: meetings, meeting minutes, talk time, words, questions and silence. Days follow your Fireflies account's time zone. Needs a Fireflies Business plan or higher.
Personal data is off by default
Email addresses, names, phone numbers, spoken text, summary texts and meeting links are not selected by default. Select them explicitly if you need them.
API limits by Fireflies plan
Fireflies allows 50 API requests a day on the Free plan, 500 a day on Pro, and 60 a minute on Business and Enterprise. Meeting reports cost one request per 50 meetings, or per 25 for Transcript Sentences, whatever the length of the date range; User Analytics costs one request per day. On a Free plan, deselect the sentiment and content count fields of Transcripts: Fireflies returns them only on Pro and higher.
