New report type Rolled out
A new Segments report lists every segment of the Emarsys account with its name, type, tags, criteria types, base contact list and predefined segment.

- No action required for existing reports. Add the Segments report to your Emarsys extraction; it needs the segment.get endpoint permission on the Emarsys API credentials.
The new Segments report returns one row per segment of your Emarsys account, from a single request, and refreshes the list on every run.
What you get
- Segment ID, name and type (for example standard, combined, relational or AI).
- Tags, criteria types, the base contact list and the predefined segment, where Emarsys sets them.
- The same list fills the Segment ID setting of the Segment Contacts Count Lifetime Incremental report, so you pick segments from a dropdown instead of typing their IDs.
