Chargebee added two attributes to its payment source resource — Brand ID, and a vault token block exposing its status and timestamps. Both are now available on the Payment Sources report.

Chargebee added two attributes to the payment source resource in its v2 API. Improvado now ingests both, so four new fields are available on the Payment Sources report.

The new fields

• Brand ID — the unique ID of the brand the payment source belongs to
• Vault Token Status — active or inactive, present once the payment source has been vaulted
• Vault Token Created At — when the payment source was vaulted
• Vault Token Updated At — when the vaulted payment source was last updated

Both attributes are optional, and most sites will see them empty

Chargebee returns Brand ID only for sites that have brands configured, and the vault token block only for payment sources that have actually been vaulted through Chargebee Vault. On a site using neither feature, Chargebee omits the attributes entirely and the four columns stay empty. That is the API behaving normally, not a sync problem — the columns will begin to populate on the next extraction once the corresponding Chargebee feature is in use.

Nothing else changed

This is purely additive. No existing field was renamed, removed or re-measured, the request Improvado sends to Chargebee is unchanged, and no historical data is rewritten. The two vault token timestamps are delivered in the same ISO datetime format as the report's other timestamp columns.
