A new Manage FBA Inventory report delivers the Seller Central report of the same name, your active FBA inventory per seller SKU with listing status, price and units by disposition, as a daily snapshot per marketplace.

The new Manage FBA Inventory report returns the same data as Seller Central's Reports > Fulfillment > Manage FBA Inventory: one row per seller SKU of your active (not archived) FBA inventory in a marketplace. Each run records that day's snapshot, so the history builds up from the first run.

What you get

• Product identifiers: SKU, FNSKU, ASIN, product name and condition.
• Whether the product is listed for Fulfillment by Amazon and for fulfillment by the seller, and your current price in the marketplace currency.
• Units by disposition: available, unfulfillable, reserved, researching, inbound (working, shipped and receiving), future supply, and the total.
• The columns Amazon added recently: FC Transfer Units (units in transit between fulfillment centers) and On Hand Buyable (available units plus FC transfer units).
• For European marketplaces, available units split into local (stored in the marketplace's own fulfillment centers) and remote (stored in another country and shipped from there).

One extract per marketplace

Amazon builds this report per marketplace: each marketplace has its own listings, prices and view of the stock. Add the report for every marketplace you need. With Pan-European FBA, the same physical units can appear in the rows of several European marketplaces, so do not sum quantities across marketplaces; the local available units show each marketplace's own stock.

A daily snapshot

Amazon returns current inventory only, so past days cannot be loaded. The report covers active listings; for archived listings as well, use the Inventory Data Incl. Archived report.
