Your live ads say what your team keeps paying for. We read every one.

Every live ad is a data point: its hook, its format, its message, how long it has run, how often the same idea repeats. We read every live ad on your domain from the public libraries, tag it on seven axes, and show you the pattern of your own account: what you run a lot, what you have never tested, and what has been live the longest.

What your action report reads from your ads

Your creative groups

Every live ad tagged on seven axes: archetype, visual style, hook, characters, tone, palette, video scenario.

Your format mix and refresh pattern

Video against static against carousel, and how long each group has been running.

What repeats and what is missing

The values that carry most of your ads, and the archetypes and hooks you have never run.

Three observations and one next test

Each observation points at ad ids you can open in the library. The test comes with cost and read-out plan.

The public libraries show what you run, with no spend or results attached. Send us a 90-day export before the call and the same report adds what to keep and what to stop by spend and cost per result.

18 days median lifespan of a Meta creative before fatigue Interconnections, 368 ads from 15 DTC brands, Aug 2026
about 5% of creatives become winners; hit rate runs 3.8% to 8.2% Motion, Creative Benchmarks 2026

Top 5 practices for teams running many creatives

  1. Read groups of creatives

About 5% of creatives become winners, so 50 launches a month give you two or three (Motion, 6,015 Meta accounts, 2026). Tag every creative and read results by hook, message and offer.

  2. Cap live variants at weekly results ÷ 50

Meta: “When an advertiser runs too many ads at once, each ad delivers less often.” An ad set leaves learning at about 50 results a week.

  3. Run a fatigue board every Monday

Median Meta creative life: 18 days; cost per acquisition up 19.6% by 500K to 1M impressions (Interconnections, 368 ads, 2026). Five statuses, 30 minutes, one decision log.

  4. One creative, one id, every channel

Put it in the ad name and utm_content at production, so results stop scattering across ad ids.

  5. No verdict before 7 days and the events

To see a 50% CTR difference you need about 80 clicks per variant; for 20%, about 430.

The other five rules, the tagging sheet and the weekly agenda are in The Creative Analysis Playbook, sent with your report. Sources: Motion Creative Benchmarks 2026; Meta Business Help Center; Interconnections Meta creative fatigue benchmark, Aug 2026; sample sizes: two-proportion test, 95% confidence, 80% power. The rule 2 formula and the 7-day floor are Improvado's starting points.

What marketers tell us on calls

Anonymised quotes from Improvado sales calls, 2026. Roles and company types shown; names withheld.

“Our creative team will tell you that they measure their creatives and bring insights back into developing new creatives. I will tell you that happens sporadically and unscientifically.”
Global Head of Marketing Analytics

“It's mostly just based off of gut feelings, like CTR is going down, time to refresh creatives, just broad strokes on refreshing creatives here and there.”
VP of Agency Solutions
digital agency
“You hit them up about 10 days in and it's like, hey, we're already at creative fatigue, you need to create more stuff, and then it takes another five, ten days for them to turn that around.”

FAQ

Questions before you start

Do you need access to my ad account?

No. The instant read and the report use the public Meta Ad Library and the Google Ads Transparency Center. If you want the report to include spend and cost per result, send a 90-day export before the call. That part is optional.

What can the public libraries show, and what can they not?

They show every ad live on your page or domain: creative, copy, format, start date. They do not show spend, results, or audiences. The report reads the pattern of what you run. With your export it also reads what performs.

Who is on the call, and how long is it?

An Improvado account executive, for 30 minutes. The analysis is prepared before the call; the call is spent on your ads and the three moves we would make first. The report is yours afterwards whatever you decide.

What does it cost, and why is it free?

Nothing. We analyse 10 brands in October, five a week, and we learn from each one. The platform behind the report is Improvado, your marketing agentic OS; the call ends with a look at what the same view looks like when your ad accounts are connected.

Why do you ask who I am relative to the brand?

Anyone can read a brand's public ads, and many people do: its own team, its agency, an agency pitching it, a competitor. The report is the same; the answer tells us who the 30-minute walkthrough is for. Use your work email; we do not send reports to free mail addresses.

I run an agency. Does this work for me?

Yes. Type a client's domain. Your own domain usually shows few ads; the volume sits in your clients' accounts, and the report is done on one of them.

Your ads are public. Let us read them.
