Project Coordinator (Professional Services)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Engagement Leaders by managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating project activities.
• Control project plans, tasks, and timelines using project management tools like Jira.
• Communicate with customers on both technical and task levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure tasks are executed on time and following all project requirements and client expectations.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including project plans, task assignments, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Expert level proficiency and familiarity with project management tools, as well as mastery of Jira.
• Average SQL knowledge is required.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
