Marketing Analyst

What you will do
The Marketing Analyst will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing Analytics within the Professional Services sector by executing tasks around documentation, auditing, client communication, and leveraging data tools/analytics in order to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing Analytics to understand client requests around data collection, business intelligence solution design, and marketing analytics analysis & visualization.
- Utilize analytical skills to assist in campaign planning and initial data analysis.
- Work with Improvado SaaS tools that drive the ETL processes for our clients
- Bridge the gap between marketing requirements and post-campaign analytics communicating directly with data analysts.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to understanding and questioning campaign requirements.
- Intermediate proficiency level—able to contribute effectively without micro management and open to learning and development.
Skill Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Data Visualization.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Analytics and Performance Metrics, with proven ability to analyze marketing behavior.
- Intermediate understanding of marketing channels and their associated terminology/language.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and other query languages, with practical experience in data querying.
- Advanced or fluent English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Experience working with Ad Tech platforms and managing digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
