Log in to the platform
- Enter your email address, password, and click Sign In or use your Google Account to sign in to the platform.
Troubleshooting expired invite or forgot password issues
Expired invite: If the user receives a notice that a link is expired, that means it was only valid for one use. To resolve the problem, the person that invited the new user must remove them from the account and re-invite them again.
Forgot password: Click on Forgot password? – located right below the Sign In.
Adding your team members
- Click on Your team located on the left navigation menu.
- Click INVITE A NEW USER on the top right side of the page.
- Enter the user’s email address, first and last name, then click INVITE. The user will automatically receive an email with the invite details to set up their password and begin using Improvado.
Note that every team member you add to Improvado will be able to configure ‘Data Extraction,' including choosing accounts, extraction templates, and setting up destinations. Improvado doesn't bill by the number of users, so you can invite as many team members as necessary.
