About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Product Director to lead the development of AI-enhanced technology products tailored for enterprise brands in the marketing sector. This role demands strategic insight, deep technological knowledge, and the ability to manage complex product lifecycles.

Please note that relocation to Latin American countries is a requirement for this position.

  • Define and evolve the product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives;
  • Lead the design of new technology products, focusing on innovative uses of AI to address marketing data use cases, ensuring these solutions meet the needs of enterprise brands;
  • Oversee the creation and enhancement of data products designed for Digital Marketers, delivering significant value to enterprise customers;
  • Implement and continuously refine product discovery and development processes, incorporating the Job to be Done framework to ensure products effectively meet customer needs;
  • Direct and enhance the performance of the product development teams, ensuring accountability for the end results and achievement of product goals within set timelines and budgets.


  • 4-6+ years of proven experience as a Product Director or Head of Product, particularly in technology platforms with a strong technical background and expertise in marketing-focused data products;
  • Excellent command of the English language is essential for effective communication with global teams and clients;
  • Solid grasp of ETL processes, essential for data-centric product development;
  • Expertise in managing complex projects, setting and meeting deadlines, and efficiently allocating resources;
  • Ability to use analytics tools to measure product performance and inform strategic decisions;
  • Extensive understanding of marketing dynamics and challenges, crucial for developing relevant and impactful products;
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum;
  • Track record of success in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings;
  • Practical experience with strategic marketing, particularly in data-driven decision-making.
