How to manage members in a workspace

To better understand how workspaces work, learn about user roles, you can check out the Workspaces documentation.


  1. If you have Owner or Admin role, then you can manage members of the specific workspace. Hover over the three-doted menu for the necessary workspace and click the Manage members button:
  1. You can change user roles of existing users, and invite other users on the workspace page.

If Owner doesn’t have Admin or Member role in a workspace, then they’ll not be displayed in the member list.
