How to Invite a New Team Member

You can invite a new user to your team by sending him the invitation by email.

Click the Invite a new user button in the upper right corner of the Team page and fill in the following fields:

  • Email (mandatory)
  • ~You must fill in this field. Otherwise, you will not be able to send an invitation.
  • First name
  • Last name

Click the Invite button to send an invitation to the specified email.

After this, you will see the message "The invitation was sent by mail. Your teammate can now join you on Improvado following the instructions we sent."

  • If you fill in all fields, name of a new user will be displayed in the invited users list.
  • If you leave these fields empty, you will see a dash in the full name column.

Important: the expiration time of an invitation link is 48 hours.

The valid link will redirect a new user to the page with the following text: “Welcome to Impovado! You have been invited to join the team on Impovado. Please click the Complete Registration to get set up”.

The expired link redirects the user to the page with the following text: “Your invitation link has expired, please ask the person who invited you for another invite or reach out the Improvado team for assistance.”

If the link has expired, the person you sent the invitation to will ask you for another invite. You can do it by clicking the Resend invite in the necessary line of the invited users list.
