Description

Sticky.io is a subscription commerce platform that helps brands and businesses build profitable recurring revenue programs.

The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from Sticky.io.

Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Sticky.io to Improvado.

Step 1. Click the Data Sources in the left navigation bar.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

Step 2. Click on the Sticky.io tile.

Step 3. To authorize your account, you need to fill in the required fields below following steps 3.1 - 3.5:

  • App Key
  • Username
  • Password

Note: You need to create an API user in order to use your Sticky.io account for extraction.

Step 3.1. Go to Settings > Accounts & Permissions.

Step 3.2. Click on Add API User tab in order to create a new user account.

Step 3.3. Fill out the fields and click Save.

Note: Once you create an API user, an API password will be automatically generated by the system.

Step 3.4. Go to API Account Permissions page and grant Improvado your permission for the following methods:

Membership API ```validate_credentials```
```campaign_find_active```
```order_view```
```order_find_updated```
```order_find```

Step 3.5. Copy your subdomain name and use it as App Key to the Improvado authorization form.

Step 4. After the connection process is completed successfully, Sticky.io connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

Step 5. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

Step 6. To extract data from the connected sources, check the instruction on how to set up data extraction.
