Sticky.io is a subscription commerce platform that helps brands and businesses build profitable recurring revenue programs.

The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from Sticky.io.

Follow our setup guide to connect Sticky.io to Improvado.

Step 1Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

Step 2Click on the Sticky.io tile.

Step 3To authorize your account, you need to fill in the required fields below following steps 3.1 - 3.5:

  • App Key
  • Username
  • Password

Note: You need to create an API user in order to use your Sticky.io account for extraction.

Step 3.1Go to Settings > Accounts & Permissions.

Step 3.2Click on Add API User tab in order to create a new user account.

Step 3.3Fill out the fields and click Save.

Note: Once you create an API user, an API password will be automatically generated by the system.

Step 3.4Go to API Account Permissions page and grant Improvado your permission for the following methods:

API Methods
Membership API validate_credentials
campaign_find_active
order_view
order_find_updated
order_find

Step 3.5Copy your subdomain name and use it as App Key to the Improvado authorization form.

Step 4After the connection process is completed successfully, Sticky.io connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

Step 5When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
