The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from Roundel.

Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Roundel to Improvado.

Step 1. Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page. Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

Step 2. Click on the Roundel tile.

Step 3. Contact Roundel-Kiosk-Api-Support@target.com with a request to share Roundel account data with Improvado.

Step 3.1. Please provide them with the account names of either Roundel Media Studio or Roundel Kiosk accounts.

  • Roundel Media Studio platform users can click the gear icon in the top right corner to access the Account Settings page
  • Roundel Kiosk account names are listed when clicking “New Report” and viewing the “Account / Client” list under Reporting Parameters.

Step 4. Please raise a Consultation request to get the following fields for the Roundel connection:

  • Account Name (filled at your own discretion)
  • API Key

Step 4.1. Provide Account Names (ID) and Business Partner ID in Consultation request that have been shared to Improvado in Roundel.

Step 5. After completing the connection process, the Roundel connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

Step 6. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

Step 7. To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
